ACRON respects your privacy. Your data will only be used for the purpose of us administering your membership to the ACRON and/or your subscription to ACRON’s newsletters. We will only provide data to third parties insofar as this is strictly necessary to fulfil the aforementioned administration purpose.
When you apply to become a member of ACRON, we ask for the following data which is deemed personal:
Telephone number; and
of the contact person of the applicant company.

When you make use of our websites (acron.nl; jaaroverzicht.acron.nl; or registratie.acron.nl) the sites’ cookies will be downloaded onto your device, providing these sites with your online identifiers in order to recognise your device.
Provision is made at the bottom of every one of our newsletters for you to update your personal information. You can request us at any time to access, correct, update, make an export of your personal data, have it removed or withdraw your consent to us processing your data by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. We may ask you to verify your identity in order to us respond efficiently to your request. There are no costs associated with this.
